Introduction | 简介

Welcome to the Hamer Pro® Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure transparency, fairness, and a mutually beneficial partnership between Hamer Pro® Asia (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and our affiliates (“you,” “your”). Please read them carefully before enrolling.

Enrollment & Eligibility | 注册与资格

  • The Hamer Pro® Affiliate Program is open to individuals, influencers, bloggers, and businesses who wish to promote our products. 我们的联盟计划对个人、网红、博主及希望推广 Hamer Pro® 产品的企业开放。
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion. 我们保留自行决定批准或拒绝任何申请的权利。
  • Affiliates must provide accurate information during registration. 申请人必须在注册时提供准确的信息。

Affiliate Commissions & Payments | 佣金与支付

  • Affiliates earn up to 10% commission on successful referral sales. 通过成功推荐订单，联盟会员可获得高达 10% 佣金。
  • Commissions are calculated on the final order value (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts). 佣金基于最终订单金额计算（不包括运费、税费及折扣）。
  • Payments are processed monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met. 佣金每月支付，前提是达到最低支付门槛。
  • Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment details. 会员需确保提供正确的支付信息。

Promotion Guidelines | 推广指南

  • You may share your unique affiliate link on websites, blogs, social media, and emails. 会员可在网站、博客、社交媒体及电子邮件中分享专属推荐链接。
  • Affiliates must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or spammy marketing tactics. 会员不得使用误导性、欺骗性或垃圾营销手段。
  • Affiliates cannot claim to be official representatives of Hamer Pro® Asia. 会员不得自称为 Hamer Pro® 官方代表。

Prohibited Activities | 禁止行为

  • Affiliates are strictly prohibited from: 联盟会员严禁从事以下行为：
  • Promoting Hamer Pro® through false claims or misleading advertisements. 通过虚假陈述或误导性广告推广 Hamer Pro®。
  • Posting affiliate links on websites that contain illegal, offensive, or adult content. 在包含非法、攻击性或成人内容的网站上发布联盟链接。
  • Using unauthorized discounts, coupons, or false pricing claims. 使用未经授权的折扣、优惠券或虚假价格信息。

Tracking & Cookies | 追踪与Cookies

  • Our system tracks referrals using cookies, which remain active for 30 days from the first visit. 我们的系统使用 cookies 进行推荐追踪，有效期 30 天（从首次访问起计算）。
  • Sales made within this period will be credited to the referring affiliate. 在此期间完成的销售将归属推荐的联盟会员。
  • If a customer clears cookies or uses a different device, tracking may not be possible. 若客户清除 cookies 或更换设备，可能无法进行追踪。

Account Termination 账户终止

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account if:

The affiliate violates any of these terms. 会员违反任何条款。

  • Fraudulent activities or unauthorized marketing tactics are detected. 发现欺诈行为或未经授权的营销方式。
  • There is prolonged inactivity (no referrals) for six months. 账户 6 个月 内无任何推荐记录。

Changes to Terms | 条款变更

  • Hamer Pro® Asia reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Hamer Pro® 保留随时更新或修改本条款的权利。
  • Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email. 任何重要变更将通过电子邮件通知会员。
  • Continued participation in the program signifies acceptance of the revised terms. 继续参与联盟计划即表示您接受更新后的条款。

Liability Disclaimer | 责任声明

We are not responsible for any technical issues, tracking errors, or payment delays beyond our control. 我们不对任何技术问题、追踪错误或超出我们控制范围的支付延迟负责。

Affiliates operate as independent marketers and are not employees or legal representatives of Hamer Pro® Asia. 会员为独立营销人员，非 Hamer Pro® 的雇员或法律代表。
